Remove shared file dialog

During uninstallation when a shared file is found that is no longer needed this dialog is shown.
The associated use counter reached zero which indicate that no program use it.
This kind of dialog is shown by all uninstallers because it is considered that the shared file use counter cannot be always trusted.
The user had to take the decision to delete the file or not.

Yes button
Delete the current shared file to Recycle Bin.

No button
The current shared file remain on the system.

Yes To All button
Delete all shared files to Recycle Bin.

No To All button
Keep all shared files on the system.
